Exterior Renovations: Roof rebuilds are currently underway for all 10 buildings in various stages of completion.  
Buildings 1, 2, and 10 are the nearest to completion. Siding & Deck demolition is scheduled for building 7 beginning Monday Oct 4th.

Rental Unit Policy:  There is a waiting list for new rental units. Canyon Estates has a strict cap of 30% on rental units.
