Next Community Board Meeting: Tuesday July 27th @ 7pm. Location: CECA office or back patio area of the cabana.         The 2021 annual meeting (including board elections for at least 3 positions) will be held on Tuesday September 28th @7PM. 

Exterior Renovations: Contractor "Wood Solutions" is currently working on buildings 1, 2 and 10. The current plan is to get
the roofs all rebuilt before the fall 2021 rainy season. You can expect the entire project to run until approximately summer of 2022. 

 
Rental Unit Policy:  The Board of Directors with the assistance of legal counsel has determined "this policy" will be in effect regarding rental units at Canyon Estates. Beginning January 1st, 2021 (end of a 1 year grace period) all rentals must be in compliance.
