The next meeting is scheduled for January 23rd @ 7pm in the office. The association typically does not have a meeting the 4th Tuesday in December due to the holidays. Wishing you all have a fantastic start to 2024.
Canyon Estates is a homeowners association, not a rental apartment complex. We allow up to 30% of our units to be rental authorized, and managed by the owner of those units. Buyers & Agents please be advised that we are at our limit and have a long waiting list of owners wishing to gain rental status. Something to consider when purchasing a unit.
