Board Meeting: The next general monthly board meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, March 28th, 2023 @ 7pm in the office. 

Electrical Panels: CECA staff will be contacting owners of all units to schedule inspections and verify the electrical panels located inside are not the original 1968 Zinsco brand which are obsolete and outdated. All panels need to be newer or replaced by June 2023.

Rental Units: Buyers and agents please be aware that Canyon Estates has a strict cap of 30% on rental units. We are at the limit and there is currently a long waiting list for authorized rental unit approval. Please call the office to inquire about placement on the list.
