Board Meeting: The monthly general meeting scheduled for Tuesday; August 23rd has been canceled. This is so that the board can spend more time preparing for the upcoming annual meeting which will be held on Tuesday, September 27th. The next regular monthly board meeting will now be on Tuesday October 25th at 7pm in the office. Annual meeting info will be mailed before the end of August.

Rental Units: Buyers and agents please be aware that Canyon Estates has a strict cap of 30% on rental units. We are at the limit and there is currently a waiting list for authorized rental unit approval. Please call the office to inquire about the length of the list.
