Exterior Renovations: Canyon Estates is currently undergoing extensive exterior building renovations. The project started in March of 2021 and should be completed by June of 2022. The background image on this site is of a nearly completed building #1.
 
Rental Unit Policy: Buyers and agents please be aware that Canyon Estates has a strict cap of 30% on rental units. We are at the cap limit and there is currently a waiting list for authorized rental units. Please call the office to inquire about the length of the list.
