The next meeting is scheduled for October 24th @ 7pm in the cabana/office. This should be another good opportunity for owners to catch up with any updates on the re-piping project directly from our board members. There are a number of issues that are still being ironed out try to make the project go as smoothly as possible. Hope you see you all there!


Canyon Estates is a homeowners association, not a rental apartment complex. We allow up to 30% of our units to be rental authorized (and managed) by the owner of those units. Buyers & Agents please be advised that we are at our limit and have a long waiting list of owners wishing to gain rental status. Something to consider when purchasing a unit.
