Next Community Meeting: The board invites all owners to the 2021 annual meeting (including board member elections) on Tuesday, September 28th @ 7PM. The location will be the back patio area outside of the cabana. We hope to see you all there.

Exterior Renovations: Roof rebuilds are underway for buildings 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, and soon will include buildings 3 and 4.  
Buildings 1, 2, and 10 are the nearest to completion. Deck and patio railings have just been installed on building 1. New exterior door installations will occur soon for all 10 buildings. Buildings 10 and 2 will be next for exterior painting of the newly installed siding.

 
Rental Unit Policy:  There is a waiting list for new rental units. Canyon Estates has a strict cap of 30% on rental units.
