There will be no open monthly board meeting on January 28th. The next meeting will be on February 11th in the cabana @ 7pm. Notices about this meeting will be mailed out to owners in advance.
Building #2 is scheduled for Thursday, January 2nd as the start date of plumbing re-pipe work. Please expect the overall project at this location to take 2-3 months to complete. Following Building #2 the plan is to proceed to Building #3, #4 and so on until finishing up at #10.
Canyon Estates is a Homeowner's association, not a rental apartment complex. We allow up to a maximum cap of 30% of our units to be rental authorized and they are then managed directly by the owner of those units. Buyers and agents be aware that the limit is met and we have a long waiting list of owners seeking rental authorization.

We suggest homeowners call the recommended CECA contractors listed below because they are most familiar with our buildings. If the problem found is later determined to be an association responsibility, you can submit a request for reimbursement to the board. Rental unit tenants should ALWAYS contact the unit's owner or managing agent first.
