Exterior Renovations: Preparations are underway and construction by Wood Solutions should begin very soon at building #1, this will be followed by buildings 2 and 10. Expect the project to continue into 2022 to around June or 15 months from the start date.
Rental Unit Policy: The Board of Directors with the assistance of legal counsel has determined "this policy" will be in effect regarding rental units at Canyon Estates. Beginning January 1st, 2021 (end of a 1 year grace period) all rentals must be in compliance.
