Next Board Meeting: The next board community meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 28th, 2022 @7pm at the CECA office.
The annual budget ratification meeting for fiscal year 2022-2023 will be held on Tuesday, July 12th at 7pm, also in the CECA office.
Rental Units: Buyers and agents please be aware that Canyon Estates has a strict cap of 30% on rental units. We are at the limit and there is currently a waiting list for authorized rental unit approval. Please call the office to inquire about the length of the list. The Canyon Estates Condominium Association does not rent units to anyone. Individual unit owners who are pre-authorized by the Board of Directors are allowed to rent and manage the unit and its tenants themselves. Rentals must also be licensed with the city of Tukwila.

Homeowners may contact a contractor of choice for most after-hours problems. There are plumbers, electricians, locksmiths and other contractors that will respond 24hrs to your emergency situation. If the problem is determined to be an association responsibility, you will be reimbursed for the costs. Tenants should contact the unit's owner.
