Exterior Renovations: Contractor Wood Solutions has officially started work at building #1, this will be followed by buildings 10 and finally 9 down through 2 (last). Expect the entire project to take approximately 15 months or until about June 2022. 

 

Rental Unit Policy:  The Board of Directors with the assistance of legal counsel has determined "this policy" will be in effect regarding rental units at Canyon Estates. Beginning January 1st, 2021 (end of a 1 year grace period) all rentals must be in compliance.
