Canyon Estates is a condo homeowners association, not a rental apartment complex. We allow up to 30% of our units to be rental authorized, and managed by the owner of those units. Buyers & Agents please be advised that we are at our limit and have a long waiting list of owners wishing to gain rental status. Something to consider when purchasing a unit.

If the problem found is later determined to be an association responsibility, you can submit a request for reimbursement to the board. Rental unit tenants should ALWAYS contact the unit's owner or managing agent first.
