All owners are required to provide current (up to date) resident registration information to the association. This is true whether the unit is owner occupied, rented out, or occupied by extended family or long term guest. This policy is important for community safety and can help clarify authorized occupancy when emergency response incidents occur on the property. Photo I.D. is required and in the case of new owners, proof of unit purchase (usually deed or mortgage loan documents) is needed. Please go to the office to register and include the following information:

 

1: Full name of each person, including children. 

2: Number of pets if any, type or breed and description.

3: License and description (year, make, model, color) for any vehicle      regularly parking on Canyon Estates property in a unit deeded          (assigned) or rented space.

Completed forms should be brought to the office by the owner during posted office hours. Staff will need to verify it as part of the process.
