The Canyon Estates Condominium Association is located in Tukwila, Washington, an incorporated suburb of Seattle with a population of approximately 20,000. We are fortunate to have several amenities within a short walk or drive of our small community. The Tukwila City Hall and Park are within easy walking distance of just over a block. We are also just a few blocks from Southcenter Mall and one of the largest retail centers in Washington state. There are several trails nearby for easy hiking, biking, walking, jogging, skateboarding or whatever your interest may be. Light rail is nearby as is Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. We are next to Seattle to the north, and not far from Bellevue to the east and Tacoma to the south. Mt. Rainier, the Cascade Range and Puget Sound are all a short drive away as we sit at the crossroads of Interstates 5 and 405. Canyon Estates was constructed as a corporate owned apartment complex of 186 units in 1968. In July 1977 the property was incorporated as a condominium homeowners association. Each unit was sold to various private owners and is currently self managed by our own in house staff under the direction of a community elected Board of Directors. We are proud that from 2021 through 2022 we completed major exterior renovations to update and improve the property for many more years to come. There is a sense of community among those who live here in that many of us know each other. Thank you for your interest in Canyon Estates.
